Vital to the arts practice is the notion of becoming a productive contributor in shaping society’s cultural life. Through creativity and inspiration I aim to challenge existing mindsets, offer alternative understandings and convey messages for the benefit of a world characterized by continual change.
Evident within the majority of my works, I have embedded a wide range of influences; extracting from children’s drawings, street and urban art along with elements from contemporary movements. Furthermore, the capacity to evoke and convey psychological states contributes to the basis of inspiration. My recent works infuse art history with the usual suspects of interest- life, hope, erotica, love and the human form.
After graduating from UOP, with a Bachelor of Marketing and Studio Art, I hope to apply the creative skills within a business environment. In the long-term I seek to manage my own commercial contemporary gallery, while still maintaining a successful international arts practice.
